By September 14, 2021News

Three more A380s will join the Emirates fleet. The airline will receive delivery of the new aircraft in November, ahead of schedule. Initially, in fact, the arrival of the vehicles was scheduled for June 2022.

“We have reached an agreement with Airbus to anticipate the delivery of the remaining A380 orders and we have obtained financing for these units – explains Tim Clark, president of Emirates Airlines – in a statement. The aircraft will be equipped with the already highly sought-after Premium Economy seats, which we will launch extensively in the coming months. “

The three new A380s will be equipped with Emirates’ Premium Economy cabin, the refurbished A380 cabin interior and other amenities, including private suites and Shower Spas in First Class, Onboard Lounge, fully reclining seats in Business Class and larger backrest.

Deliveries will bring Emirates’ total A380 fleet to 118 units.
