Emirates increases contactless services to reduce the risk of contagion

Emirates enhances the contactless travel experience.

The airline’s automatic kiosks, used for automatic check-in and baggage claim, were subsequently enriched with touchless functions, in order to make the experience of passengers transiting in Dubai smarter and safer, and reduce the risk of incetions.

The 32 kiodks used for self-service bag drop and the 16 kiosks dedicated to check-in can now be completely controlled from your mobile device. A solution that allows the customer not to have to take care of the screen.

Passengers can then independently check-in, receive the letter from the boat, sign and seats on board and leave and luggage.

The service is available to everyone and to travelers except those bound for the United States, Canada, China, India and Hong Kong (due to additional requirements of that destinations).
